Beyond Fear

An educational documentary about the mental health consequences of terrorism and best ways of managing the psychology of fear and terror it instills.

Filmed in the United States, Israel, Gaza Strip and Australia, Beyond Fear was commissioned for use in community workshops, for students and practitioners in the mental health industry and for government agencies. The film will be useful for any institution, group or individual concerned about community reactions to the pervasive threat of terrorism in the 21st century.
Filming started at the first International Assembly on Managing the Psychology of Fear and Terror held in Texas in 2004 which was convened by a non-profit, non-partisan international think-tank, Issues Deliberation Australia/America, headed by Dr Pamela Ryan.
